  5. shipping companies DO wash out their trailers and containers, that is if they do not designate dedicated trailers for a particular product. in MOST cases, manufacturers have 'house carriers' which allows a shipping company to drop trailers at specific loading origins and have their mode of power (truck or train) pick them up when they are dropping empties...

    if i'm in a hurry, or not fooling with breakfast, i just have a bowl of chex. if i want to get fancy, i add banana i also make up freezer bags of waffles or pancakes and i usually have a bag of cooked (bacon, sausage, etc) so i can add extra protein if i want to.

  16. nuts.com is da bomb i ordered them initially because they are certified gluten-free, but when they arrived, they were the prettiest nuts - not all broken and crumbly like the ones you get pre-packaged from the store. i order a few times a year and always timely delivery
  17. i use canning jars. they will also work in the freezer. i actually use canning jars for lots of things - they are great for taking salads for picnics - macaroni, potato, ect <in the warm weather, you can put a big bowl of (say) potato salad into (say) 4 quart jars and then just take out one at a time. clear glass, so you can tell what's in each...
  18. follow-up, y'all - that coconut oil is the real deal so far just a teaspoon in my tea in the morning. my digestion has improved yet again. it's been consistent, so it's definitely the coconut oil. going to the doc today, so i'm going to get my 'official' weight..... wish me luck - i'm hoping for close to 115......?   20. swedish venison pot roast in the crock pot (kfg ! ) mashed taters, carrots. made chocolate chip cookies from the atk cookbook yesterday - used domato (donato?) flour and didn't realize it already had xanthan gum in it, so they are super chewy <pretty tasty, actually) i like them a little flatter, but they're still good. a word of advice...

  22. that is a great idea!! i did just that - you can not taste it at all (i drink hot tea with milk/lactaid and sugar) if anything, it makes it taste more 'rich'
