  4. Have you had any issues with other intolerances ?? I find my constipation is at its worst when i consume something that i have an intolerance too

  6. I agree the suggestion of doing an elimination diet. It has been one the hardest and yet most rewarding experiences for me. I feel better now than i can ever,EVER remember feeling.   20. Is there a family history of high blood pressure??,, your mom,dad ect... there are some contributing factors to high blood pressure, family history,diet,stress ,ethnicity are just a few. As to a connection with celiacs ,I haven't read anything to that effect. Hopefully someone more knowable than I am on this topic will chime in.

  22. I have a hard time swallowing and digesting meats. Just plain meat or even a hamburger patty is almost impossible for me to swallow. I find if i cook very finely ground meats in a sauce or stir fry they are much easier to swallow and digest. Have you tried mixing ground meat in casseroles ,stews or ,if he can eat nightshades, a red sauce

  24. For me those kinda cravings means that i am getting CC from somewhere. The first thing I do is double check to make sure my food is safe from CC.
