  2. Oh god, i've found a love in the gluten free pasta <3 I am a massive pasta fan and basically wilted when i was told i couldn't have gluteny ones anymore. Tonights dinner was: pasta with alfredo-ish sauce and a side salad.
  3. There is. And biopsys can end up being false, while still having it
  4. Water, drink lots of it. Taking hot showers helps me when its really bad, heck even a nice hot bath would work (as hot as you can stand it). Try walking a little bit, sometimes that helps with pain.
  5. Its almost gone now. Huh. That was weird. Before going gluten free it did it pretty much nonstop for several days on end.
  6. Onigiri (riceball) do not have to contain anything ('cept rice of course ). Basically, its just rice around the filling of your choice (this could be chicken or even pickled plums). It is also optional to wrap nori (seaweed) around the onigiri.
  7. I understand part of that (the fog, the stomach issues, the not likeing eating). It is hard. I will not lie (here i am at 3 weeks without gluten). I want to cave so bad, however i know if i do, i'll be in pain, so i tell myself its not worth it. It will get better, or so i'm told. I've also learned that until your body is 'healed' you will have good and...
  8. Food, lol. Diet wise, as long as there are no other issues with food, anything that does not contain gluten. For symptoms: https://www.celiac.com/articles/1106/1/Celiac-Disease-Symptoms/Page1.html
  9. Its in part of my hands, mostly my pinky finger and the one next to it (on both hands). It started about 3 or so hours ago and is just now starting to let up (meaning that it isn't as bad as it was before but its still there).
  10. was it fluffy or a crisp type crust? And i don't sadly
  11. you could use honey, all natural and good for you
  12. i'd get a small jug and poor a small glass and see what happens.
  13. Well, numbness in my hands is/are back. Ugh, i don't know what i did, but i think i got into something i shouldn't have. I think it was the bacon grandma made this morning After going gluten free it went away, now its back.... grrrr.... Do you guys know of anyway i could make it go away quicker? Its not hurting me or anything, just very very annoying...
  14. Any stomach issues or 'sicky' issues after it? I doubt it, still get her checked. btw, she's probably going through a growth spert, thus all the eating
  15. i use the bisquik gluten free recipie.
  16. i'd rather just go to the doctor and have it done.
  17. i use skippy natural, and i've been fine with it.
  18. Grandma made this combo of pasta (starts with a T ><), a can of progresso mushroom soup (gluten free) and some organic hamburger. Turned out really good.
  19. Thats good to hear. At least she won't be there much longer.
  20. no thank you, i've seen first hand what some vaccines do to people.
  21. Hearing that just ticks me off. Yeah, sounds like she has brain fog. It sucks badly, makes ya feel like your in a daze, alas it is caused by gluten. At this point in time, i'd consider homeschooling her, that is if that school keeps it up.
  22. I keep telling myself it could be worse Keep going!
  23. raw fruits and veggies can irritate you further when healing. Also add some sweet potatos to that list (something i can't help but reccoment enough).
  24. Well, lays can't garentee that their product is gluten free (in a sense of CCing). I looked it up some time ago on their website and it said that but other than that you could still be healing.
  25. Thats up to you. If you feel the blood test was enough for the diagnosis, then stop there.
