The first person on here has not responded back? There are many reasons women think they don't produce enough. In the 1st few days there is the colostrum which is very important for immune systom but not very filling. After a few days the hind milk comes in. The infant may not be latching on properly which in turn does not stimulate the breast properly...

You need to stay away from juices, coffees and teas. Pure pear juice is ok. RW KNudsen makes some. You could add it to water. I would go strict with everything first for a few weeks and see if you get relief, then slowly add things back one at a time. That worked for me. With prelief I was able to add most things back. You may just want to avoid really...

No, just a bit of nausea here and there. I think I have been feeling a little more clear headed as well. I am feeling tired today, but it is hard to tell, because I have days like that anyway. Are you following the diet or just doing Threelac? I already avoid sugar and yeast. (I do have organic ice cream once a week). No yeast and maybe a few pears a...

Also medications and supplements can irritate the bladder, especially vit c and b-vitamins. Prilosec could be an irritant. Also prilosec can actually make reflux worse in the long run. Most people with reflux actually have to little acid not too much. Again docs are clueless. One possible fix is taking a teaspoon or 2 of raw apple cider vinegar with...

Wow, I just started it last week. I just went up to two packs. I know the first few days I felt a little nauseous, but other than that pretty good. I have heard it can cause you to feel fluey, headachy, nauseous, tired etc. It is important to start slow, working up from one packet to start. Drink lots of water and take a fiber supplement to help you...

ARCHIVED Candida?
loraleena replied to holdthegluten's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
Not all info about Candida recomends this extremely strict diet. I have seen some that are more moderate. I don't eat any fruit except a couple pieces of pear a week. All I know is I felt horrible and looked horrible and stopped getting my period - that is not healthy. I felt much better when I found out I was gluten intolerant and just stopped that and... -
The things you described eating are actually on the no no list for the IC diet. No soy, nuts (except almond) and most fruit. Ok fruits are pears, blueberries and watermelon. Also stay away from sharp fermented cheeses (mozzerella and feta ok). Soy sauce and things like vinegars are bad to. I had to stay away initiially, but after feeling better slowly...

Definitely get your thryoid checked. Especially the Thyroid Peroxidase antibodies. They should be below 20. The normal range for TSH is .3-3. If you have anything over 2 you need help. The tsh is very innacurate. All my tests were normal except the antibodies. This meant I had Hashimotos autoimmune hypothyroidism. Check out dr.Lowe.com also. You...

ARCHIVED Candida?
loraleena replied to holdthegluten's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
I already eat a no sugar diet and a very healthy diet. But when I cut out all the things on the candida diet, I wasted away! -
First, I realized your forum name is Scotty, are you male? If so IC is less common in men, but does still happen. If you are male prostitis could be the isssue, it causes frequent urination. Being a women I don't know much on that. If not IC can go into remission, but supposedly there is no cure. Mine stays in remission most of the time by avoiding citrus...

ARCHIVED Felt Like I Was Glutened
loraleena replied to wowzer's topic in Celiac Disease Pre-Diagnosis, Testing & Symptoms
Definitely sounds like chemical sensitivity. I get all the symptoms above that the last person stated plus, chills and sometimes fever. I get the same reaction to gluten plus diareaha and vomiting. -
ARCHIVED Working Out?
loraleena replied to holdthegluten's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
Exercise helps get toxins out of your body, so it really is helping! I always exercise after exposure to perfumes and other chemical smells which make me feel terrible. I really helps! -

loraleena replied to Woolygimp's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease

ARCHIVED Do You Guys Ever Feel Drugged After Eating?
loraleena replied to Woolygimp's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
This is a sign that your digestion is not working properly. Try digestive enzymes before you eat and eat smaller meals. Also, if your meal has lots of carbs, this could be a sign of candida overgrowth. -
ARCHIVED Candida?
loraleena replied to holdthegluten's topic in Post Diagnosis, Recovery & Treatment of Celiac Disease
I just started taking it a little over a week ago. So far, so good. If you have die-off you need to scale back the amount you take and work up slowly. I have started with one pack a day and am about to go to two. Feeling worse as the candida dies off is common and does not mean it is not working. You may have been taking to much to start. If you have... -
ARCHIVED Help! Thought I Go Over It
loraleena replied to jambo massive's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
I am sorry that no one (doctors) ever told you that you should never eat gluten again even if you feel well. It is very typical for celiac symptoms to fade or disapear in late childhood/adolescence only to reappear later. You were damaging your body all that time and never new it till now. You absolutely must live gluten free from now on to stop the damage... -

There is much literature out there about the benefits of a gluten/casein free diet for autism. It is worth a shot! -
This sounds like a symptom of Intersticial cystitis. A lot of us have this on here. It is an autoimmune disease that effects the bladder. Google it to read more details, and see if it fits.

ARCHIVED Low Normal Thyroid? Any Ideas
loraleena replied to Hells Bells's topic in Related Issues & Disorders
You need to get your thyroid peroxidase antibodies checked as well. They should be under 20. If your Tsh is over 2.0 you need meds. Low normal for one may be fine, but for another may be awful. Georgie is right. Find a doc that know what he is doing. Check out Dr. Lowe.com for lot of good info. -
