    You mention in your title clammy (?) - is this as in hot? Anyway, gluten (especially) but also other food intolerances give me a hot flush within a few minutes. I guess that this too is a stress reaction to the food and I imagine it is caused by a rise in cortisol (stress) giving a hot flush.

    Pre-gluten free when waking up in the morning, I would have to run through the days of the week in my mind to work out what day it was! Gluten free this doesn't happen! Yay!     Hi I did post in the Forum Upgrade problems section but no one has replied . Anyway, since upgrade (I think) when I arrive at the forum I am already signed in. I can sign out, go away and come back and I am signed in again. Is this normal (it wasn't happening before - I have always signed in)? Have I pressed something different ?

    I assumed we were not referring to grumbling 'hungry' stomach noises which would be normal. Mine were definitely to do with gluten and the liquid stomach was not from having had liquid but something strange happening to the food!!!!! Happy to report I don't get this gluten free .
