    I know that here you can buy special sponges in the hardware store that are made to get smoke damage off of the walls. Other then that, I am not much help. Just glad you did not burn down the house and that you are OK.

    Thank you Chelsea for clarifying your reasons for leaving. I agree 100% with what you had to say. I also believe in mainstream doctors' and also in alternative treatments. Both are useful. But, just like we have to investigate whether a doctor is a good one, we also have to investigate the alternative treatment. I was not diagnosed for over 30 years...

    I use C&H white sugar and brown sugar. It is fine. I do not react and I react within 10 to 20 minutes.

    I understand from reading other parents (I am a grandmother) postings, that it is very hard to get an accurate blood diagnosis in young children. It is hard to get an accurate one in adults.     Carrabba's has a shrimp scampi on their gluten free menu that is delicious. Everyone at our table loved it. I of course did not have the garlic toast.
