  1. Celiac is considered a disability in regards to the armed forces.
  2. i used to sleep so much and felt very lazy before I was dx. My energy got better and a B-12 shot really helped me. It has taken me 6 months now to controll the D, and the energy has returned but I still have a long way to go. So patient, it will come.

  5. Chantelle: I think that your symtoms sound very severe to me and perhaps it is something else. I don't know of getting gluttened would last a period of three weeks with that severity of pain. Do your have a primary doctor without going the the emergency room, or someone with a history of your medical record? Maybe an ultra-sound would show something...
  6. I have a large Hiatal Hernia as well as gastritis which is the cause of my burning and reflux. I take Prilosec twice a day, morning and night...that seems to really help. Also sometimes a zantac when in real need. Lisa

  8. I think that a cool dry place would gain them some life. Spread them out so they don't touch each other, perhaps in a garage or out building. I think that would help their life span.   10. Zantac 150's work for me when the gas it bad. It is over the counter. Hope that will help and it is gluten free.

  14. D & M: Sometimes you just need to get it out of your system. When I feel bloated I take a Zelmorm and that helps with the gas. Alot of times, you just need to let it run it's course. Eating out is alway tricky as well as eating at friends homes. They might know your affliction, but not be necessarily as careful as you would be in your own...
