With due respect, do you have any substantiated evidence for your "offenders"? Many people depend on the information found here. Links or citations are welcome. Many companies have been friends of people with food allergies. Ocean Spray is one of them. As always mentioned here, every one is different. But, please do your research. Board Rule...

I have a bag of chocolate covered Craisins and they do not list gluten in their listing, but rather milk and soy.

I agree with Patti that the Crans are gluten free. Please check their website (Oceanspray) to verify, or 1-800-662-3263 Not knowing how long you have been on the diet, but it's often recommended that you give up dairy products for a while, until healing can take place. As far as going anywhere in public places, wash you hands, for all sorts of reasons. There is no great - gluten - flour - dust flying around with a bull-eye on you, with intent to make you sick. Take precautions, use common sense and wash your hands.....nothing unusual here. Live your life. -

They are fully disclosing, the ultra slight possibility of cross contamination. A shared facility is safer than shared equipment (even thought shared lines are...

I was under general. I don't remember a thing until after the procedure was over. Once I got home, it was the best nap I have had in years. The procedure lasts only about 15 minutes and it was a breeze. The worst part of it was the anxiety prior. It left me with a very mild sore throat. Anytime you have had intestinal issues, it's good to have a... -

Hey Melissa! I have yet to see documented information that gluten is in wine. Some wines contain sulfates and some may be sensitive to that, but it's not gluten related. I drink Barefoot Wines. All information that you find on this forum, should be supported by a secondary source, or verified. It's a forum, or discussion, and not everyone has all...
