  1. People really take pooing for granted. I'm so glad you finally had a normal one. I sure know what that feels like after many years of D.
  2. That's exactly the problem that I always have. Next time I'm not pre-cooking them.
  3. I would contact Apple and see if they can help you out in any way. The battery should last longer than two years!
  4. Very cool! Mood: Sofisticat Fun: Conqueror Habits: Junkie Monkey Love: Love Bug
  5. Wow, I have been away for awhile and look at all the new posts. My Mooncup finally arrived, of course it was a week too late. I can't wait to try it. I really hope it works because I work outdoors away from civilization in the warmer months. Also, I don't like the idea of tampons being full of toxins, apparently. And I hate filling the landfill.
  6. If you don't require a diagnosis, try going gluten-free for a few months and see if you feel any different.
  7. I had one of those about one year after being gluten-free. But, they didn't remove it because they found severe dysplasia and removed that instead. They figured that the polyp would go away on its own and was less important that the dysplasia. Anyway, I like your theory on the polyp possibly being linked to the removal of gluten. The cervix takes...
  8. Thanks for the explanation. I've never heard of whoopie pies but they sure sound good now.
  9. I certainly hope that you don't have to clean that mess up. That's really horrible of him.
  10. So, that's what happened to my glasses. I bought Cascade only once, years ago, and I just made the connection now. I couldn't figure it out. My glasses were clear and then they were cloudy. Thanks for figuring out my mystery.
  11. This is a great site. There are lots of helpful people here and hopefully you'll find lots of info. Sorry, but I don't know the gluten-free status of those products. I'm sure someone else will post.
  12. I was on the Canadian Nestle site. You should check the American site to make sure. That's really annoying that the ingredients on the package are different then the website ingredients. I realize the dates of each list could be different, but it's still annoying.
  13. Thanks for posting that info.
  14. For anyone in Canada, Renee's dressings say gluten-free right on the bottle. This is a rare thing in Canada. They are delicious.
  15. I know that unfortunately you already have your answer, but I thought I would post the Rolo ingredients from the Nestle Canada website. "Ingredients GLUCOSE-FRUCTOSE (FROM WHEAT AND/OR CORN), SUGAR, MILK INGREDIENTS, COCOA BUTTER, MODIFIED PALM AND PALM KERNEL OIL, UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE, LACTOSE, SOYA LECITHIN, SALT, POLYGLYCEROL POLYRICINOLEATE, SODIUM...
  16. Wow, what a journey you have been through. Even if you don't make the 17 hours, you'll still have accomplished so much. I believe that you will finish in time. You have come so far. Best of luck and have fun.
  17. There's nothing wrong with a girly drink. Nigella Lawson had a delicious summer recipe of strawberries, ice and sparkling wine mixed together in a blender. Yummy...
  18. This may be only in Canada, but I take Jamieson multivitamin, calcium, and cranberry supplements. Hmmm... maybe I should start buying shares in the company.
  19. They get rather sweet if you have too many. But it's a nice cold refreshing drink on a hot summers day.
  20. My thoughts exactly. You are right and at 18 they don't feel the need to get as trashed.
  21. Could be a sinus infection.
  22. Sounds like celiac or gluten intolerance to me. Definitely keep eating gluten before you see the GI. You need to have an endoscopy and the GI needs to see if there is villi damage. However, keep in mind that many people have non-celiac gluten intolerance which won't neccessarily show any intestinal damage. So, if you get a negative test and you still...
  23. As Carla said, if you plan to get tested you have to keep eating gluten. However, if you would like to see if going gluten free changes anything then you could try it for a few months. Even if you did get tested, it's possible that you could be non-celiac gluten intolerant (which tests would not show except a gene test) or you could have celiac. If you...
  24. Sorry if I was short, but I just didn't want there to be any confusion. I didn't realize that you guys had different state liquor laws. Interesting.
