I have also been having problems with "C" but I have also been Dx'd Fibromyalgia and that can cause "C", I have been trying to eat alot of fresh vegetables, and fruit. I had sores in my mouth before I was DX'd. It's been over a year I don't remember the date since Gluten Free , it may be two years now. But I am no longer getting sores. I stay away from corn as much as possible! Sometimes if it's the last thing on the list I will try a bit of a taste of something but for the most part stay away from it! Look at it as if Gluten is a drug! Just say no!!! It's hard because your young and want to fit in. But it will last the rest of your life. The more you say no to Gluten the easier it is! Does your family make gluten-free meals? My heart breaks for you sweetie! You need to take care of you! -

What she said! I didn't think I'd have a problem but dang!Those withdrawal symptoms can be tuff!! And when you get Gluten!! Yea it will Affect you. Because I am soy and corn intolerant on top of Celiac, I don't follow The Paleo diet regularly but I get alot of recipes from Paleo , They are Grain free. They call it the Cave Man diet. -

I have tried making breads and buying breads but havn't found anything I like as of yet..... I have got to be gluten-free, Soy free, and Corn free, I cannot eat your product. I do find it nice that you are trying tho. Maby some that are Gluten intolerant can eat what your making. I eat off of plates at others houses but really recently been going to partys and it's all paper plates any way, I try to be the first one to get to my dish and then let everyone else dig in. I never do seconds, unless at my daughters house who is gluten-free. -

You know you can make your own instant rice also, I might do this today. Cook your regular rice how you normally cook but don't add oils or butter , when it is done spread it out and dehydrate it. The only thing is Corn is not considered an allergen so they can sneak it in under other names. I actually bought some the other day and then it got lost. Never made it home! Grrrr! Hate it when that happens..... Thanks everyone!
