  11. I found taking Vit D3 supplements (oil based cholecaliferol) helped me sleep. I take about 2000 iu a day. Another woman I know of found D3 helped her too.

  22. I actually got worse when going on a low carb diet because I was buying the low carb products like bread that are filled with wheat gluten. Gluten is protein and thus low carb!   23. A big insulin rush can also increase adrenaline, which will also cause those symptoms. Does this happen when you load up on starches and sugars?
  24. If you intend to have further testing done like an endoscopy it is important that you keep eating the gluten. In large quantities too.
