    It's different for everyone--gluten hits me after a few hours. Your symptoms could be the result of an allergy. An allergist can do skin testing--it's also possible to be both intolerant and allergic. With your breathing and chest symptoms, I think it's a good idea to have it checked out.

    Burt's Bees lip shimmers are gluten-free. I see them at just about every drug store, even grocery stores now.

    Where I come from "bless her heart" is a way of conveying empathy. I must be careful how I use it from now on When we lived in the south, instead of saying "next Wednesday" people (older, especially) would say "Wednesday next". I actually think things like that are charming

    I called the company about these bars when Starbucks began substituting them for the orange cake. The man there told me that they are made on the same equipment as oats but there's no cross contact with wheat, barley or rye. Might you be reacting to the oats? I didn't try them as I'm positive I would.

    I'm worried too, Nik. I've missed you Hope you find an appropriate meat, Jan-it We dodged a bullet--could have gotten 7+ inches of rain yesterday/today but only ended up getting 2 or so from some disturbance in the Gulf.....it's still grumbling thunder, but should start clearing up soon.

    Yep--this is my phirst line of action when I have a prob wif me computer or cable TV. It's amazing what a lil re-booting can do Just had to do it to the TV the other day. I have linksys, too
