    Hi Linda, and welcome. McCormick's Pure Vanilla Extract is made with synthetically derived alcohol, so no chance of it being from wheat--regardless.

    One year I used Whole Foods Bakeshop Sandwich Bread for stuffing and it was good--though I much preferred making a loaf of Gluten Free Pantry French Bread and using that. I thought it was lighter and had better flavor and texture as a stuffing. I used a 1/2 loaf cut into cubes, sprinkled with poultry seasoning, and baked in a 300 oven until dried out...

    Yep--I also go to Starbucks frequently, am super sensitive, and have not had a problem. I don't drink coffee, but I do get tea lattes a lot.

    16% Gawd On that hike, I'm hanging onto Jess fer dear life I'm about to have me new phave--tea latte. Kind of....I make half a mug of boiling water and stick a tea bag in it, then heat a half cup of skim milk in the microwave and pour that in in the mug. It's actually pretty good
