  2. It was the Peripheral Neuropathy that really scared me, and made me think that something was seriously wrong with me two years ago. Up until then, I had had GI issues, but at that time, they were getting worse, and I was getting pins and needles feeling in my legs and feet, burning on the bottoms of my feet and in mouth, and tingling and numbness in my face...
  3. Oh Judy--I'm so sorry about the garden club I know how you were looking forward to getting back there. I seem to remember you having trouble with Hershey's before--maybe it was that. 4. Yep--I've often wondered about the things that I highlighted! I didn't think anyone else did, though Like when I least expect it, while being under a lot of stress or something, the repressed memories and pain of these procedures might come out all of a sudden. After my colo/endo, my doctor came and talked to me--as soon as he walked away, I...

    ARCHIVED Ragu?

I've used several flavors of Ragu, and have not had a problem. Like Peter said, just read the label to be sure that the one you have is ok.
  16. Lister, Because of your family history, and the problems you've been having, I think you are absolutely doing the right thing by having the test. Like everyone said, the prep is the worst part--and it's not really all that bad. I remember nothing from my procedure--no pain at all--even after. Colon cancer "runs" in my family, too. I think I told...

  20. I have Dr. Schwarzbein's first book--"The Schwarzbein Principle". I read it years ago, and found it helpful to me at the time. Carla--I've been researching adrenal fatigue. I have most of the symptoms listed--I have palpitations, the sleep problems listed (exactly), was on a very low protein diet for years, drank lots of caffein, too much sugar, and...

  22. At the stores in my area--Acme, Wegmans, Shop rite--I've found it in bags, already washed, kind of near the bagged salads. I would still wash it yourself, if you find it this way.
  23. Yes, this is excellent advice, Lister. Take what these ladies said to heart--we know you can do this!
  24. Wow Danielle--you're doing such a great job with the boys! Such good news about the weight and the improvement with behavior. You're right about their dad, though. I agree that you should bring this up in court. Be clear that you supplied him with gluten-free food for the children, *and he threw it away*. That goes beyond him being able to say...
