  2. I recently became intolerant of soy products and dairy. However, I have found that I can stomach certain hard cheeses (like parmesan and provelone) in small amounts. And I can also tolerate butter nicely. I use an organic brand here in Canada that contains only cream and water (no colorings, flavorings, binders, etc.) Hope this helps.

    What do you put in your coffee? If you put milk/cream/sugar, those things could be aggravating.   21. Sometimes gluten-free does not mean there's no gluten in it. I had to learn this the hard way. Eg. potatoes do not contain gluten, and a potato chip manufacturer can say that his potato chips are naturally gluten-free. But go back to the company and ask them if the chips are produced in a gluten-free facility....many times they are NOT! the only way...
