I haven't made tuna mornay, nor do I know what it is, but if the flour is just to thicken it, then corn starch or arrowroot starch should work. In fact, these always work far better than flour for making gravies, stews, etc. I never use flour to thicken stuff. One additional thing to look into is your intake of iodine. That can make the rash worse, so you may want to use a non-iodized salt. Kelp is loaded with iodine, so I'd avoid that one for sure. Well, seems to me that if you eat gluten again and started losing weight, that could be one indicator for you. The thing is, you may be at a very early stage of damage, so symptoms might not appear much if at all from eating gluten. I didn't recognize my symptoms until a high amount of damage had already occurred. I'd really recommend proceeding cautiously... -

The best deodorants I know of are actually creams that you apply at night and wash off in the morning. I've only seen two brands like this. From what I've read, apple pectin is a good detoxifier of heavy metals. I don't know how many apples you'd have to eat, nor for how long, but I know apple pectin can be purchased at various health food stores and online too of course. Whether that is as good as eating apples is another matter. I've not investigated it.

I have found garlic and to some degree onion to be helpful in fighting a cold/flu bug. Well, I think you'll get better responses if you describe how you feel rather than picking an ailment and asking what the symptoms are. That said, indigestion is when food is not being digested, so this can mean heartburn, upset stomach, slowed progression of food through your system, etc.

Could someone please explain what sort these blisters are, where they appear, what the cause is, etc? This is the first thread I recall seeing about such a thing, and all the responses thus far seem to suggest it is common. To my knowledge I have not had this symptom. Is this about the DH rash?

I would also echo the idea of just implementing it. Your children do seem very young for you to be concerned about a rebellion. For instance, you can easily use Tinkyada pasta to make shells & cheese, or elbows, spaghetti, etc. I think they even offer lasagna noodles.
