    So can one have both stomach issues from fructan and other issues from gluten? why do NCGS have joint, muscle, mood, skin, neuropathy to gluten? imho I don't think you can put it in a nice box NCGS is just bloating from fructan .....     Overwhelming isn't it? As the above posters say there are benefits to knowing earlier rather than later. Knowing earlier can be tough but I am glad my son found out earlier in life than I did.     I use San J tamari . I am careful of soy since my gluten challenge as I have not healed enough and don't want to get another intolerance. Many also use coconut aminos as well.

    I loved Reese peanut butter cup and plain and peanut m and m. now with the corn and milk intolerance I buy non candy items for Halloween. Everyone who has Reese's or m & m eat one for me !
