	So can one have both stomach issues from fructan and other issues from gluten? why do NCGS have joint, muscle, mood, skin, neuropathy to gluten? imho I don't think you can put it in a nice box NCGS is just bloating from fructan ..... I would be interested to see how they explain all the non bloat celiac immune like symptoms beyond bloat

Overwhelming isn't it? As the above posters say there are benefits to knowing earlier rather than later. Knowing earlier can be tough but I am glad my son found out earlier in life than I did. I know he is better off for it. As all the movies and books portray youth should be invincible this can initially rock your world and provoke deep thoughts... -

I use San J tamari . I am careful of soy since my gluten challenge as I have not healed enough and don't want to get another intolerance. Many also use coconut aminos as well. -

I have problems with corn so I have to be aware of that when shopping for spices and gluten-free baking products as Raven pointed out. I use Badia which states certified gluten-free As for encouragement drink lots of water and rest. A nice soak in tub sometimes is soothing. I hope it passes soon. I was suspect of this. I did try a sip of my husbands gluten removed Daura Damm during my gluten challenge, since well if there was barley in it I was adding to my challenge. I get heart palpitations from milk. I had to drop corn and milk besides gluten. Any of your intolerance sneak in? Heart palpitations signal milk to me, but as you hear we are all different. Good luck -

Dear AWOL Cast Iron Stomach, Your husband is right bread is bad for you. Of course it's more than bread and gluten, until now it was amateur hour trying to self diagnose and tame this "lion". Good to know I would like to get more nuts and seeds but find many retailers by me have the shared equipment claim on package so I've held off other than some almonds. My cycle is sensitive to gluten. As my conditioned worsened misdiagnosed after the birth of my second child I suspected my thyroid was off. A primary care Dr tested it per my request and I was determined normal results. I eat eggs, apples, bananas, pears, chicken, beef, ground turkey, ground bison regularly.
