    You and your child are going to have to meet the doctor in person. Make sure the doctor listens and has a decent bedside manner.

    Start working with a gastroenterologist. You have symptoms for Celiac, but also another short list of disorders too. If you are Celiac, there is another short list of possible disorders that are higher odds for a Celiac too. Some of these need to be diagnosed by an endoscopy with biopsy.     Celiac and EE do have connections. We are starting to get statistics of patients with both Celiac and EE. Some EE patients may need to be gluten free. I am going to dare to say we might have at least 10% EE peeps here. (Let's just say I found quicker answers herefrom our EE folks than searching out EE sites.)

If you compare gluten free egg -free bread (with holding brand name)it does have added sodium, less vitamins and minerals.     Get a hard copy of the test results. Keep the appointment just to make sure there is no major diagnoses at this appointment before you switch doctors.     I just talked to Steve on the phone from Guido's. He is making gluten free egg free pizza for us on Saturday!!!! So if you give enough advance notice he will help you out.     Was it ever determined where the blood was coming from? What color was the blood when you passed it? My daughter vommitted blood from having Eosinophilic Esophagitus.     Sorry, you really only have to have one Celiac gene to have Celiac. I think 30% of Celiacs can be IGA deficient. That is why a full test panel will have a total IGA count, to make sure the individual even has IGA.
