    Thanks charks for your reply. I did some intermittent fasting, but as I'm trying to get more physically active I felt my body needed some energy. It's been 2 weeks now and I've replaced most of my foods with alternatives. I found some gluten free crispbread mostly made from various seeds and nuts. No rice flour or anything like that. Found some cornflakes too that's made from pure corn. Nothing...

    Definitely get your doctor’s opinion on this, but give. everything you’ve shared I thing you’ve got two kids who need to be gluten-free. Be sure to share the study on rates of celiac disease among families with your doctor. They may not have the latest info on this.
