gluten-free Vitamin ?

I want to take a Spring Valley Super B-Complex vitamin but I have no idea if it has gluten in it or not ... and they have no number on the bottle to call them.

Here are it's listed ingredients....

Cellulose

Crosarmellose Sodium

Coating (dextrin, dextrose, soy lecithin, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium citrate),

Magnesium Stearate

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose,

and

Dicalcium Phosphate

On the front of the bottle it also has a round label that says

Yeast and Liver Base

Sorry to list every ingredient. (Like we don't read enough of these anyway, huh?) But I just wanted to come here and ask you all. Thanks! Still new even after 10 months of trying to be gluten free, I sometimes still mess up and really don't want to mess up this one. I am bloated from a gluten attack right now as I type this and I really just want to be extra careful. Thanks.

Brewer's yeast is the culprit, I bet. It's a by-product of beer making . I use Spring valley products too, some of them have gluten, some don't. (had to donate two bottles to my dd two weeks ago)

I called them about a year ago regarding their biotin. That is gluten-free, but the information is also a year old. I now use a gluten-free vitamin I found at a health food store.

The vitamins that I take are from a company called USANA. They are manufactured to pharmaceutical standards. As a result they are very high quality. Yes, they are gluten free. They also market a couple of nutritional drinks that are gluten-free as well as a nutrition bar.
