T7 Nerve damage

So I was seeing my chiropractor for my monthly adjustment (can not see weekly due to funding so we spaced my appointments monthly) to fix some issues with my spine. They did a type of electrical nerve impulse reading using these sensors they placed along my spine. Anyway it showed heightened activity on most and normal on a few...but my T7 was showing like 15% what it should be reading wise. They said this could be nerve damage but went on to ask about my stomach and pancreas as these would be effected by it.......sort of dawned on me...I do not produce enough pancreas enzymes and my stomach randomly has dumping issues where it holds up, does not handle solids sometimes, and randomly needs stuff to regulate the acids.  I have done nothing to outwardly damage that nerve, nor have they noticed anything in the X-rays on that one. most my issues are lower back and neck. Anyway I am wondering of my gluten ataxia with my immune system attacking my nervous system might be responsible? Like a targeted response to gluten exposure? Trying to figure what what might have caused it.   Treatment wise it being a chiropractor they are sure they can fix me with more adjustments.....sort of makes me roll my eyes but at least I have some kind o indicator to a few issues.

Interested to find this out. Have seen many chiro for T issues. Granted had head on car accident but no nerve pain until Celiac. Also have dry stomach lackibg digestive enzymes. Not a coincidence when i read members issues. Nerve pain is more of an issue specifically upper body use of arms and shouldets. than malabsorption 10 years after gkuten free.

So far 3 months in - worsening symptoms. I have had the worst constipation in my life and I am primarily eating naturally gluten-free foods like potatoes, eggs, salad with homemade dressing, corn tortillas, etc. I hate gluten-free bread and pasta so I don't eat it. Occasionally I eat gluten-free almond flour crackers. As stated in the post, I don't have any vitamin deficiency. I was already tested.

Talk to your  Talk to your provider about testing for vitamin and mineral deficiency.  celiac disease causes malabsorption and eventually malnutrition.  Especially vitamin D. Having the gallbladder removed seems to be a common step on the way to a Celiac Disease Diagnosis,  Gallbladder is a sympton of deficient Choline. Eggs and red meat are the primary source..Choline makes up a majority of the bile salts.  The bile gets thick, doesn't get enough into intestine to digest fats well.  Can eventually back up into gallbladder, cause gallstones.  Without bile, bowel movements can become hard. Try to avoid all processed foods while you are healing, The gluten-free foods are not fortified with vitamins and use various ingredients to mimic fat that bothers many Celiacs.  Choose vegatables with low omega 6.  Optimum omega 6 to omega 3 ratio is less than 3:1.  Wheat flour is 22:1.  Grass fed milk is 1:1.   Commercial Dairies milk is 5:1.  They feed wheat, rye and barley Gluten as part of the food mix.

Your DGP-G is also high. The thing to do now would be to trial the gluten-free diet for a few months to see if there is improvement in symptoms.

Welcome to the forum, @Roses8721! How long were you off gluten before getting the celiac blood testing done? The testing is not valid after having been gluten free for a significant period of time. Many of your symptoms align with celiac disease.
