I have been gluten-free for 14 years a week ago sunday. I got a cake and it was really yummy! :)

Woohoo! Congratulations. Its always fun when you can make something another birthdaylike event. Especially when its a reason to be proud and happy for. Awesome!

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
