Potbelly Hot Peppers/ Trader Joe's Turkey Summer Sausage/ Trader Joe's Hashbrown Patty

Has anyone had a reaction to Potbelly Hot Peppers? There are no gluten ingredients listed in the ingredients but I am trying to pair it down. Something recently caused a reaction.

What about Trader Joe's Turkey Summer Sausage or Trader Joe's Hashbrown Patties? I've had these items before with no problems.

Almost 3 years into cutting out gluten and I'm slowly learning to ONLY eat certified gluten free items.

This site shows the Trader Joe's Summer Sausage to contain the ingredients below, so it's naturally gluten-free, but I don't think it's labeled gluten-free:

Ingredients:Turkey, contains less than 2% of evaporated cane sugar, sea salt, mustard spices, lactic acid starter culture, carageenan, celery powder, cherry powder, garlic powder

The same is true for Trader Joe's Hashbrown Patties:

Ingredients: Potatoes, vegetable oil (soybean or canola), salt, dextrose, citric acid (to maintain color).

I could not see the ingredients for the Potbelly Peppers, but if you say they are naturally gluten-free by ingredient they likely are. Does it say distilled vinegar?

Thanks, Scott! It does look like the ingredients are gluten free. Sometimes food is made in shared equipment with a chance of cross contamination. Im wondering if anyone else has had a reaction to these items.

Take care.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
