I am casein intolerant does that mean I am going to have a problem with soy products as well?

Casein is in dairy products. If you have a soy problem, it'd be with the protein in soy, whatever it is called. Completely separate thing.

some soy products do contain casein, yes. i am dairy free also, so if you have questions re: specific things, feel free to pm me.

I was absolutely positive I was intolerant to soy. Soy sauce kills me, but of course that is due to the presence of wheat in the soy sauce. But I tried soy milk in my cappuccino one time, and that messed up my system too. After I got all my Enterolab tests back, I did the egg/yeast/soy test, and it all came back as negative or normal. Go figure. But since I seem to react in some way to some soy products, I just avoid it despite the normal test results.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
