Has anyone experienced spontaneous nose bleeds when the air is full of the smell of gluten filled foods, such as pizza?

No, I haven't had a nosebleed from gluten aromas.  But I have had nosebleeds from high blood pressure.  Anxiety can raise blood pressure.  Perhaps you got anxious about the gluten aromas and your blood pressure shot up and a nosebleed ensued?

You might want to check your blood pressure at home and consult your doctor.

This would be a new symptom which I've not heard of before, so I doubt it. I agree with @knitty kitty that it could be anxiety-related.

CyMars,

It might  be from being too low in Vitamin C.

Here is a nice article that details various Vitamins than can lead to chronic Nose Bleeds.

I hope this is helpful but it is not medical advice.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
