DEFINITELY could not do that from my job....pretty sure it would be blocked , and they would, for some reason, decide I am unfit to work with chillins <_<

On another note........

DANCING!!!!!! <jumping up and down, clapping> :D

A pro will be in town this weekend, teaching workshops, much dancing......all 3 days!

.....and we are going to be late if hubby doesn't get out of the shower immediately!

Holy crap.... .......a big plastic PENIS on the man's desk down the hall??

Wow, I just had to put that in big letters,. and I don't believe that I have to say anything more. Not one more word. This sentence stands alone - - there is nothing to add, nothing more I could possibly say.

Jeez, I didn't think it could get much funnier than someone wearing li'l sculpey penises from her ears. But THIS is absolutely hilarious.

Why are penises (excuse me, penii) so humorous? Fascinating.. . ..... . ..they're just funny things... . . . ..

:lol::rolleyes:

Hubby dances with you? That is really an amazing accomplishment! I thought you had to dance with random studs & Latin heartthrobs.

no. I did movie night at a friends house with many small children. I did not realize how loud many small children are. I am quite certain that I and my six siblings never made that much noise.

I wasn't certain what to expect from movie night, but it turns out that the adults gather in the back bedroom and drink plum martinis (not so many, as there are small children around) and talk. Although I brought my own food, I did get a bit glutened. I think that's what the headache and fatigue are from. That and the week of 4am to 8pm constant 'go' days.

I'm gonna watch Harry Potter and review algebra for a while.

Being round lots of noisy kids when you are not used to it is exhausting. Mine were never very noisy but the second ones friends are always so loud!!! Oldest ones friends are always rather quiet, Must sneak all the way down the stairs to listen in. :)

Feel better.

Was expecting some from Rah-shell & her wodka.

Was expecting some from Rah-shell & her wodka.

Yes! I've been wondering how Rah-shyellle's weekend is going. Beach and many bottles of Wodka -- this would be a VERY bad combination for me... .... especially if I had my little kids around me, as I would be ignoring them completely and, well, things like DROWNING can transpire.<_< Thank gawd I had no kids back when I was able to hang out in the blistering sun and drink non-stop -- university days, when I much younger and considerably more foolish.

I've realized that in ten years my kids will be out of the house and on their own, adults themselves. I will not have to be watching out for them at all, at the beach nor anywhere else. Does this mean that I will suddenly gain back my youthful, enviable capacity for alcohol and sleeplessness? Hope so, as I'll be able to indulge again like a crazed sophomore, and not worry about Children's Aid catching wind of me... . . . ...

Where is this thread that you are commandeering?

Its called "calling all experts" & its under the publications & publicity section. I wish I knew something. Will try to find the study on Schizo & gluten. Some hospital put everyone on gluten-free diet & a good % got much better. Funny thing... being gluten-free hasn't made me more sane.

Not yet, but it is getting close. Janet has been Queen for 80 days now, but the longest reign was her immediate predecessor at 92 days.

Suz, I think this sums up alot of what happened in the last 25 pages:

Wodka, wine, more wodka

Drunken posts - very funny

Flat Stanley visits Nik - more wodka

Rah shell has mommy daughter day & they get cute matchy haircuts (no wodka)

Much talk of mathmatics & wodka

Had a new guy on here named Dada - scared him off

More wodka

Can't scare Peter off

Spring came

more wodka & wine

some chocolate thrown in randomly

I got bored & sang dum songs (& will do it again if no one is posting)

Giant inflatable penis

Penis & boobie cookie cutters

More wodka

Did I forget anything important?

Have spent too much "unfun" time wif Skeeter working on her Independent (but not really inde-damn-pendent cause it's taking way too much effor on my part) Study Project. Going to a horse fair tomorrow. Hopefully that'll be more fun.

I do believe that people are under so much pressure up have a sleeping  pattern ,  with working and how households work these days , but in reality there is no wrong or right at to sleep , I believe your neighbour showed this with such a long life , I do exactly the same  at night many times so I hope I live into my nineties also , I have found one thing in life your body knows what's best so good to listen to wat it needs however unconventional that maybe 🤗

Try adding some Thiamine Hydrochloride (thiamine HCl) and see if there's any difference.  Thiamine HCl uses special thiamine transporters to get inside cells.  I take it myself.   Tryptophan will help heal the intestines.  Tryptophan is that amino acid in turkey that makes you sleepy after Thanksgiving dinner.  I take mine with magnesium before bedtime.

I live in the upper mid-west and was just diagnosed with marsh 3c celiac less than a month ago.  As a 51 year old male, I now take a couple of different gluten free vitamins.  I have not noticed any reaction to either of these items.  Both were purchased from Amazon. 1.  Nature Made Multivitamin For Him with No Iron 2.  Gade Nutrition Organic Quercetin with Bromelain Vitamin C and Zinc Between those two, I am ingesting 2000 IU of vitamin D per day. Best of luck, Known1

I am doing a gluten challenge right now and I bought vital wheat gluten so I can know exactly how much gluten I am getting. One tablespoon is 7g so 1½ tablespoons of Vital Wheat Gluten per day will get you to 10g You could add it to bean burgers as a binder or add to hot chocolate or apple sauce and stir.

Raising you vitamin D will increase absorption of calcium automatically without supplementation of calcium.  A high PTH can be caused by low D causing poor calcium absorption; not insuffient calcium intake.  With low D your body is not absorbing calcium from your food so it steals it from your bones.  Heart has priority over bone. I've been taking 10,000 IU D3 a day since 2015.  My doctor says to continue. To fix my lactose intolerance, lots of lactobacillus from yogurts, and brine fermented pickles and saurkraut and olives.  We lose much of our ability to make lactase endogenosly with maturity but a healthy colony of lactobacillus in our gut excretes lactase in exchange for room and board. The milk protein in grass fed milk does not bother me. It tastes like the milk I grew up on.  If I drink commercial milk I get heartburn at night. Some experts estimate that 90% of us do not eat Adequite Intake of choline.  Beef and eggs are the principle source. Iodine deficiency is a growing concern.  I take 600 mcg a day of Liquid Iodine.  It and NAC have accelerated my healing all over.  Virtually blind in my right eye after starting antihypertensive medication and vision is slowly coming back.  I had to cut out starches because they drove my glucose up into the 200+ range.  I replaced them with Red Bull for the glucose intake with the vitamins, minerals and Taurine needed to process through the mitochodria Krebs Cycle to create ATP.  Went from A1c 13 down to 7.9.  Work in progress. Also take B1,B2,B3,B5,B6. Liquid Iodine, Phosphatidyl Choline, Q10, Selenium, D and DHEA.     Choline supplemented as phosphatidylcholine decreases fasting and postmethionine-loading plasma homocysteine concentrations in healthy men +
