Ummm....I don't let myself take naps as a rule because I'm afraid I won't sleep at all at night. And because I have an irrational phear of wasting a day. I'm ANAL in lots of ways (but not as bad as I used to be <:smerkface:>) Life is too short. Awful thing is......I want to go back to sleep now! <_<

Yeah....I liked that a lot...you're so klever! Puts a whole new lite on "Mam and Pap" stores operations. I used to make cards for my son....and put a logo on the back....Mamo-grams! :lol: Unfortunately he didn't appreciate the humor of it.

Just a poop-in........

He's about 80 percent......a bit wobbly and tips over sometimes.....they said he was playing like CRAZY in his cage......he purred and kissed me when he saw me......but wobbly in car ride home.

He came home and WOLFED down dry and canned food, has peed, and pooped!!!!!!!!!!

BTW the poop was.......teal green. I have never seen that color before in poop :blink:

and Weez acted exactly as she did when we first got him - - excitedly sniffing, tail-wagging, following him everywhere, swatting him with her paw :wub: (I'm monitoring this as Weez is just over-excited and WILDLY improved in mood - I can't believe it)

This is indeed SO poignantly funny: We went to visit my dad this eve, AND he is also a bit wobbly on his feet, ate a great deal for dinner.....has been regular gastrointestinally (dunno if things have been teal green -- would have asked had I known).......

Perhaps I'd even say that he's at about 80%, as well. . .. .. . .... :):rolleyes:

Such a phunny, happy correlation. . . . ..... :):wub:

I told him that yes, Li'l P is recovering. I heard Jack yell into the other room, "Grandma!! Peanut's okay!!"

Yep, a mild +7 here today, as well, and some rain later. Our transit strike ended last week after 52 days . .. ....rides are being offered for the next two weeks for free. Gads, I just may hafta climb back on a bus an' head somewhere...... .. ..

Ugh--emotions running amok again......need to get this over and done wif. Going to Syracuse tomorrow to see everyone there before we go--I hate good byes. Don't know how I'm going to get through saying them to me sons. Every time I think about it, I practically lose it.

we are just SOOOOOOOO happy and in love with our Peanut :wub:

he is pretty much back to 100 percent - - absolutely wild, wackl, adorable, and now fully stable on his feet - eating like a PIG - beguiling and charming us like no other :wub:

He and Weez are involved in some non-stop rassling now :):)

such an incredible blessing, my Li'l miracle kitty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This whole situation served to really bond Annie to him - she just can't get enough of him now, adn they are quite dear, adorable, rassling and snuggling companions - wish you all could be here to see this - just warms the cockles o' me 'eart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't get out of bed until 10:30 as the three of us were just cuddling in there, I could have stayed there all day!

Pah-ti....hang in there! Think of it this way....you're givin' those boys a great place to come visit! You are still connected in all of the ways that count. I know that distance is hard emotionally, but thank God communication is not like it was in the Pony Express Days. I can't imagine what it was like to travel and leave family behind when posts took days/weeks/months to get to their destination. Or as was often the case...no one on either end could read or write. Talk about seperation! We've come a loooooonnnnggg way, baby :lol:

Yes, Pahteigh! I cannot imagine the heartache when my kids leave this province (and I know they both will. . . .....DD already has her sights on the west coast when she fully grows up, and Jack's apparently heading for Spain :lol: )... .. . .

      Im so frustrated and still getting the run around trying to reprove my celiac disease which my past primary ignored for 25 years.I understand that theres a ray of medical that doctors are limited too but not listening and telling the patient ( me) that im not as sensitive as I think and NOT celiac!Correction Mr white coat its not what I think but for cause and affect and past test that are not sticking in my medical records.I get sick violently with foods consumed, not eating the foods will show Im fabulous. After many blood draws and going through doctors I have the HLA- DQ2 positive which I read in a study that Iran conducted that the severity in celiac is in that gene.Im glutenfree and dealing with related issues which core issue of celiac isn't addressed. My skin, right eye, left leg diagestive issues affected. I have high blood pressure because im in pain.Im waisting my time on trying to reprove that Im celiac which is not a disease I want, but unfortunately have.It  has taken over my life personally and professionally. How do I stop getting medically gaslight and get the help needed to bounce back if I ever do bounce back to normal? I thought I was in good care with " celiac specialist " but in her eyes Im good.Im NOT.Sibo positive, IBS, Chronic Fatigue just to name a few and its all related to what I like to call a ghost disease ( celiac) since doctors don't seem to take it seriously.

      @Martha Mitchell, your reaction to the lens implant with gluten sounds like it could be an allergic reaction rather than a celiac reaction. It is possible for a celiac to be also allergic to gluten as it is a protein component in wheat, barley and rye.

      Scott I also have different symptoms than most people. It affects me bad. Stomach ache, headache, nauseous, heart racing, whole body shaking, can't walk then my throat starts to close. It attacks my nervous system. The only thing that saves me is a 1/2 of Xanax...it calms down my nervous system

      Scott Adams. I was dealing with a DR that didn't care about me being celiac. I repeatedly told him that I was celiac and is everything gluten-free. He put an acrylic lens from j&j. I called the company to ask about gluten and was told yes that the acrylic they use has gluten....then they back tracked immediately and stopped talking to me. The Dr didn't care that I was having issues. It took me 6 months and a lot of sickness to get it removed.... which can only happen within 6 months. The Dr that took it out said that it was fused and that's why I lost vision. If they would have removed it right away everything would be fine. He put in a silicone one that was gluten-free and I've had no issues at all in the other eye. Do not do acrylic!
