I am new. Was told 5 yrs ago that i was allergy to many foods and outside things, mold , grasses , dust mite. I was still eating gluten food and other foods that I shouldnt have. Now I am in trouble. My belly is swollen , like i am 9 mos pregant, I have the feel like ants crawling under my skin. LIke when someone has bile going through their bloodstream, from gallbladder problems. I cant stand the itchy ,crawly feeling. Every time I eat i get pains in my sides, especially the right side. I am tired all the time and want to eat all the time.

Does any one have any ideas to what I can do.

thank you

evansnuna :(

Welcome to this forum, and I am sorry to hear you are feeling so poorly.

I get that creepy crawly feeling from reactions to chemicals. I am not sure of the answer for you though it sounds like your sensitivity might be getting worse. Are you still eating the foods that you know you are allergic to?

Years ago I was in that state, and there are a number of reasons including psychological stress, lyme disease, candida, parasites (like ameoba, etc.), and probably celiac/gluten sensitivity which is the newest discovery for me. I am an allergic type person but it got really out of hand because my system was so bombarded.

You could try simple foods, organic, avoiding gluten and the things you know you are allergic to, choosing the easiest foods to digest, plus cook things thoroughly.

Perhaps before you avoid gluten you might want to do some tests, at least to see if you are celiac.

There could be very many things going on, have you had anything else checked besides allergies?

Thank you that’s really helpful, hopeful won’t have to have a biopsy.

That means the normal range (i.e. not celiac disease) would be a result less than 14.99.  Your result is WAY above that. Some gastroenterologists would diagnose that as celiac disease even without a confirming biopsy because it is more than ten times the top of the normal range.

Hi everyone. Back in 2022 I had blood work drawn for iga ext gliadin. Since then I’ve developed worse stomach issues and all other health issues. My doctor just said cut out gluten. He did no further testing. Please see my test results attached. I just need some direction cause I feel so ill and the stomach pain is becoming worse. Can this test show indications for other gastrointestinal diseases?

Thank you. These were the results TTG ABS NUMERICAL: > 250.0 U/mL [< 14.99]  Really don’t understand the results!

Clearly from what you've said the info on Dailymed is much more up to date than the other site, which hasn't been updated since 2017. The fact that some companies might be repackaging drugs does not mean the info on the ingredients is not correct.
