I want to be able to make mac & cheese in the microwave on the go. Anyone have success with microwaving Tinkyada pasta? It would be great to be able to just add cheese to it and have a quick lunch.

I have found one gluten free Mac N Cheese that is DEVINE and it comes frozen. It's by Amy's and I can only find it in certain Hannaford stores in the frozen health/organic food section. It's very creamy and YUM!! It's the ONLY gluten free mac and cheese that I've found (besides home made) that I love. I haven't even found another brand that I can tolerate enough to eat. Glutino makes a frozen mac & cheese too. I have made my own & nuked it to reheat it & it works fine

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
