Hi Elisabet :)

I'm not Rachel, but I thought I'd tell you what I use--PharmAssure. I get it at Rite Aid; it's vegetarian, and has no sugar, starch, artificial colors or flavors, sodium, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, dairy, yeast or preservatives.

Actually, it has only 3 ingredients.

I take 2-300 mcg. tablets day.

Dear Patti,

Thank you very much for the reply,I gave him twinlab biotin in a period of time,but I think he is reacting to it.

His system has become so sensitive,he reacts almost to every thing.I will give it a try.

I'm not taking biotin anymore because it wasnt really that helpful for me. I dont recall the brand but I still have it at home. I wont be home until Sunday but I'll check and post that info. here. :)

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
