Gluten Free Mac N' Cheese

There is a restaurant in the city that specializes in all kinds of mac n' cheese and upon hearing a rumor a few months that they were going to offer gluten-free mac n' cheese I contacted them to express my interest / support. Well I got an email update this morning that included,

"3. Also, in the coming weeks, we will be able to offer all of our mac & cheese creations with a Gluten Free option - so stay tuned!"

To be honest, though, cross-contamination in a place like this is almost a guarantee. I doubt I'll be the pioneer who tries it out first

This restaurant has also opened uptown - my daughter called me about it. She lives on W 82nd and West End Ave. It's in that neighborhood. She was told the owner is Celiac. I can't wait to try it.

It's here! I meant to post last week about this, but forgot. Well here is an indepth look from the Celiac Chicks.

I haven't tried it yet myself, but if I get a chance this weekend I'm gonna check it out.

Looks like they have gone to great lengths to ensure no cross contamination.

From what I've heard, it is only the downtown location.
