On the bright side, most of this doesn't apply to us. Pecan Chicken Crusted Salad? Sounds like it has gluten. Mozzarella sticks? Totally breaded.

And any place that won't disclose nutritional info, including ingredients, Celiacs shouldn't want to patronize anyway.

I think it a no-brainer that anything consumed at those restaurants would not be good for you, even without the nutritional information.

Portion sizes are so big, it's ridiculous. Being diagnosed with celiac disease is actually a good thing as it prevents most people that follow the diet from even thinking of eating there. I don't know why there is all this discussion about what is causing obesity in this country.....too much food and too little movement.
