We're going later when the guys get home from work--it's my younger son's first time voting in a presidential election and I wanna go with him like I did with his brother in 2000. :D

Voted on my way to work this morning. I couldn't believe how busy it was at 6:45AM! My son and husband are on their way there now.

My husband drove by the school we vote at on his way to work this morning, 20 minutes before the polls opened--and there was already a line out the door!

jerseyangel - I think that is neat you are going with your son for his first time voting. I remember going with my parents the first time.

I am looking forward to the phone calls stopping!! Yea.....

Every night when we get home from work there have been 1-3 messages on our answering machine.

Yay, I just voted an hour ago. In my small city of Parlier CA., no line, I just walked right in and voted. I got two stickers, so does that mean two free coffees? :P Just kidding. I never voted before in my life!! It felt good, like my vote made a big impact.

My voice was heard today. So yeah it was good. :)

Curse being 17...oh well, one of my friends turns 18 tomorrow, I can't even imagine how frustrated I would be. But she said you can influence more votes than you can cast, which is very true, especially given that she lives in ohio! So here's my influence: get out there and vote NOW!!! It's worth a few minutes (or even hours if the case may be) of your life. And if you don't vote, no complaining for the next 4 years!

Heh, my stepsister's first election was in 2004 and she was going to school in ohio at the time...11 HOUR POLL WAIT!! But her professors thought it was cool. Don't let long lines discourage you!! It's just too important to vote!

OK . . . we're back . . . had to take pink-eye son with me . . . kept telling him not to touch anything. He did great (just played his Nintendo DS the whole time). It was about an hour and 10 minutes.

We drove to the school, the three of us voted, and were back home within about 15 minutes!

Now, we wait......

We are in a small precinct so we just walked in gave our name, voted and were out in 4 min.

Felt really good to do it and HAVE IT OVER WITH fianally........

      I'm no longer dealing with constipation. I got my liver test last month and it was in normal range. Two years ago I did have a vitamin D deficiency but I'm know taking vitamin D3 pills. Last month I got my vitamin D checked and it was in normal range. I don't believe I've had my choline checked. However, I do drink almond milk eat Greek yogurt on a daily...

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity (NCGS) can be associated with low ferritin and iron deficiency. Once Celiac Disease (1% of the population affected) has been ruled out by tests the next step is to check for Non Celiac Gluten Sensitivity (10% of the population affected) by eliminating gluten for a trial period, then re-introduce Gluten Challange. Have you been supplementing Iron? How are your liver enzymes? Low levels of ferritin indicate iron deficiency, while  59% transferrin saturation indicates high iron levels.  Possibly indicating Fatty Liver Disease.  Choline is crucial for liver health, and deficiency is a known trigger for Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver.  Some experts say that less than 10% eat the the Food and Nutrition Board established Adequate Intake that are based on the prevention of liver damage. Severe constipation and hemorrhoids may be linked to a bile or choline deficiency.  "Ninety-five percent of phospholipids (PLs) in bile is secreted as phosphatidylcholine or lecithin."  Fatty acid composition of phospholipids in bile in man   Deficiency of these bile salts causes the bile to get thick. Some people with Celiac Disease are misdiagnosed with Gall Bladder bile issues.  Removal of the gallbladder provides only temporary relief. Whether or not celiac disease or NCGS are your issues you need to look at your vitamin D blood level.
