I need a gluten-free peanut butter cookies recipe.... simple, quick and need it now!

got all my cookbooks stacked and none are showing any....

This is the one I use. I made these long before I knew the term gluten-free!

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

mix together. form into cookies and bake. makes 6 cookies. double or triple for more.

I use the peanut butter, egg, sugar recipe all the time. How did they turn out?

I use the same receipt as Mango above, except I add 1 tsp. of vanilla.

Roll into balls, roll in sugar, flatten with fork and bake. I think I bake about 350-375 no more than 10 minutes.

For me, the recipe makes maybe 1 1/2 to 2 dozen cookies.

These are the best cookies I have ever had, gluten or no gluten:

1 c PB

1 c Brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

bake at 350* for 9-11 minutes. they can either be rolled and flattened with a fork, or add chocolate chips to make them even better!
