  1. How adorable! Now you have to get one to keep in the kitchen!
  2. It sounds to me like you've had too much fiber and not enough liquid. Drink lots of fruit juices with no pulp. You might have to try an enema to break up the solid mass and flush it out.
  3. This part of your post got my attention. Have you considered that this might be your body reacting to cyclical hormone changes? At certain times of my cycle, I am more prone to illness and muscle aches than other times. Try charting it for a few months to see if it is predictable.
  4. Worms are easy to get (you can get them just by sitting on the ground) and easy to treat. I hope, for your sake, that it is worms, so you can get treated and be done with it.
  5. Nope. I've had this for almost 20 years now. All I can do is treat my eyelids when they start to hurt. The antihistamine drops are prescription Patanol, and the ice pack is, well, an ice pack! Wish I could offer more help!
  6. How much stretching do you do? You need to do lots of it, before and after exercise. It is wise to start and end your day with a stretching routine.
  7. If I take out the red meat, that would only leave peanut butter for a protein. Is pork a red meat? I need to do the elimination diet, so I was going to eat beef, peas, green beans, celery, carrots, kiwi, banana and milk (which I had previously tested and found no problems with) for 2 weeks, then start adding in other foods one at a time. This starts tomorrow...
  8. Perhaps washing off some of the extra salt wouldn't be bad, too!
  9. Does it happen when you sleep only on your back, only on your sides, or all the time? I have apnea if I sleep on my back, but not if I am on my sides. Try changing your position. However, I really recommend seeing your doctor about it.
  10. I don't know if it is celiac or not. My eyelashes grow funny. When they start to hurt like you described, I pull them out. When I get out the one or more that hurts, I notice that the root is actually a little ball, so I am thinking that something is wrong with the growing process. The only relief is to pull them out, but then I have no lashes. I do...
  11. Deena, what brand did you eat? <---loves to eat sunflower seeds
  12. I'm curious as to how you posted a quote from a different thread onto this one. Did you do this on purpose, or accidently?
  13. There are many people who are not celiac that are msg intolerant. You could be celiac and msg intolerant.
  14. If it is Foreman that has it, and this week's two-parter refers to him getting sick, then all three episodes are actually tied in together. I hope it's not the mother that almost drowns her baby! Foreman having it would actually be good, then maybe they could continue the storyline through successive episodes, and maybe would understand more about us! ...
  15. I guess I am too much of a skeptic. When we had no insurance, I looked into those programs. Every one I found had a fee, they were not "free" at all. I suggest you keep researching before you sign up for anything.

    ARCHIVED Burger King

I eat at BK. I order a whopper with cheese with no bun. I only recommend you take a real fork and a real knife, because the plastic ones don't cut the meat!
  17. I have to agree with Chelsea. I don't have any problems with apples, but I still can only eat one. It is just too much fiber all at once!
  18. If you remember the exercises the physical therapist did on you, you can do them yourself at home. It will help you to recover sooner, and is one of the things you can do for yourself. Just take it slow!
  19. I drink Slim Fast Rich Chocolate Royale Optima shakes with no problem. I buy the 30-pack at Sam's Club. I need something to grab on the run when I have to work opening at the store, and this takes care of the hunger until I can get a meal. It doesn't give me the "sugar shakes" like candy bars do.
  20. My family uses the big, glutenous grill, I use the small, gluten-free grill. Problem solved.
  21. I was accidently glutened a month and a half ago. It made me poop my pants at work, and it was very runny diarrhea. I will never eat gluten intentionally.
  22. I prefer a good, thick ribeye steak. Too expensive to eat very often, so I stock up when they're on sale.
  23. Thank you, that is so good to know! I will have to go set my tv for it tomorrow night!
  24. "Delimex" is the brand name of my favorite taquitos. I buy them at Wal Mart, in the frozen foods bins near the meat display. Yes, they are spicy, but not too hot.
  25. I guess I don't need to answer this one, Richard and JerseyAngel already have! I do love KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce.
