My sinuses improved greatly when I went gluten free. My family doctor even agreed. -
I did go through a streak of getting boils when I was in my 20's. I never did find the cause. I went gluten free the beginning of this year. Have you had your sugar checked? It could be a sign of diabetes.

I'll have to check at another WalMart sometime. I thought it was odd because so many of their brands say gluten free. I'm glad that I read it first because I almost just bought it.

I so agree with you about doctors making the connection. The more I read about this disease, the more frustrating it is to me that no doctor found it earlier in my life. It sure would be nice if research could come with an easier and more reliable test to diagnose this disease. -

I really meant confectioner's sugar, which should have been the topic. I was thinking it should have cornstarch which most does. But wheat is listed as an ingredient in their confectioner's sugar. I tried to edit, but had no luck editing the subject. Sorry. -
I was in Walmart and needed a few baking items. I was surprised to see that their brand of confectioner's sugar has wheat in it. Just something to look for.

I would check the ingredients on your Oil of Olay. I was using their hypoallergenic body wash with aloe. Turns out it had gluten in it. It did feel comforting when I showered, but my rashes just kept getting worse. It took me awhile to figure out that it was causing me a lot of problems.

I would check what is at your health food store if it is close. I have one by me that doesn't have a large selection of gluten free, but what they carry is so much more reasonable than Meijer's even. I don't know about antidepressants. I was given atarax for itching, which I know has a tranquilizer in it. It did nothing to stop the itching or calm me down. Made it worse, then they doubled the dose which only made my symtoms worse. I've had many drugs that didn't work or I reacted to. I'm wondering now if it was really gluten was the problem. I went...
