False negatives on the bloodwork are pretty common. False positives aren't. If your bloodwork was positive then that is a formal diagnosis. I don't know that I would pursue a biopsy either unless there is concern that something else is going on too. Perhaps your new GI just wanted to make sure he was being thorough but that doesn't excuse his vegetarian comment... -

Trader Joe's Albacore Tuna is also soy-free. It's just tuna and water. I eat it all the time and have never had a problem. It's one of the dozen or so processed foods I can eat. -
Your premiums will be very high on COBRA (102% under federal COBRA and 110% under cal-COBRA) so another option is to look into private insurange with BCBS, Aetna, etc. You will likely see significant savings and have a lot more control over your plan options. Chebe is finicky. Even if you make it properly it's still not going to puff up much. I have found that you have to measure the wet ingredients exactly. Just being a little too wet or dry can make it inedible. I've also found that over kneading can make it gummy inside. As the previous poster said over cooking can make it rock hard. Well, the only advice I have for you is to just say no! Trust no one and make no apologies for not eating their food or bringing your own food. It's less stressful for everyone. How exciting. We have several friends who adopted daughters from China. We rented a service apartment for our stay. I know what you mean. I too have a lot of issues and I always question the medications or supplements that I take. Oddly, I don't with the b12 shots. I think it's because it's so easy just to take a shot every now and again and not have to worry about it! -

If it is truly pernicious anemia (and it sounds like it is) and you stop the injections you'll become anemic again as your body lacks intrinsic factor which is required to properly absorb b12 through normal digestion. Most multivitamins contain all of the iron you need to keep your levels normals.
