  1. I made this: Open Original Shared Link I used canned sweet potatoes (drained), light olive oil for the margarine and gluten-free flour. It was great, a new fav! Oh, and I used pumpkin pie spice for the nutmeg/cinnamon.

  6. I read under Elana's comment section to use Honeywell flour b/c Bob's is more coarse and they tried many recipes that failed with it. Also stated that Honeywell was totally better quality (my words). I have not tried the recipes nor the flours.

  9. Passing on a thought I haven't tried yet...sorry. If you want to experiment again or sometime, you might try this bread for your stuffing bread: It's gluten-free, egg free and dairy free.   12. Go to: Open Original Shared Link I am heading to go bake it and will let you know the results. I am using coconut milk. Results...It looks dry-ish on top and creamy inside. It rose up great then fell a bit...but that's ok. I baked it 1 hour and added a sprinkle of cloves using the cinnamon b/c pie spice already has nutmeg. It tastes GREAT!

  25. Go to the baking/cooking section and google whatever you want...chocolate chip cookies for instance and you will get tooooo many recipes and lots of tips. Somewhere there is a web site for chips so you can find out whats safe...Mission chips are ok. Google the product section to see if its posted there. Might be called frito-lay. Ask HappyGirl or another...
