    Hi Karen...I have not checked recently...but I do know IHOP has a history of adding pancake batter to their eggs to make them more fluffy...I don't see how any eggs cooked there would be safe if this is still their practice. Welcome to the forum....come on in and stay a while

    Well it certainly sounds like you have an issue with gluten -- how long are you going to eat gluten for the challenge? Is this a challenge to have celiac antibody testing done? If so, make sure you have the complete panel along with key nutrient testing. For now...there is no need to overdo the gluten -- if you were improving after removing gluten ...
