    Really good point -- Daughter gets 15% off cases of her gluten free bread at Oliver's Market -- they are only in Santa Rosa -- wish we had them down here!!! Never thought to ask Sprout's -- will do -- thanks!!!

    Hi AnnJay-- I buy my almonds in bulk from nuts.com -- then use a sealer to make one pound bags -- I eat them with a bit of salt, I grind them into flour and process them into almond butter or my favorite lately honey-almond butter. I do buy 'Let's Do Organic' Coconut Flour....but had issues with almond flours I had purchased.

    I was a black, navy, brown with light accent for the past 15 years as i bloated up like a balloon...now i'm wearing ALL bright colors and loving it...my professional clothes go to Autumn, but my exercise wear (daily norm) is black or grey leggings with bright bold colors on top -- no more boring for me - no way, no how!     SIL is garnet too and she feels ripped off! My kids are two diamonds and one citrine -- makes an awesome mothers ring...I've got two clear cz eternity bands with a citrine cz band sandwiched in there -- hubs is under instruction to get me a real set - one of these days -- for now this set sparkles at me nicely.

Here is the good news -- you can get things back -- a little at a time that small desire to do a bit of crafting or wanting to walk out the front door -- will happen.     Udi's ranges from 4.99 to 5.69 regularly here -- sprouts has their gluten-free jubilee ever few months with 25% all gluten-free items and Vons has Udi's on sale for $3.99 occasionally -- I stock my along with my folks extra freezer when on sale as between my hubby, teens and their friends we go through 2-3 loaves per week. I will continue to update when...

I'm using one of the FB banners GeeeeFreeeinDC posted about last week and one of the smaller ones here - I'm not doing much differently this month - with my greatly improved health I get questioned regularly by friends, family and now my new classmates....awareness is spreading. Just think - one day we will all march into our doctors armed...

    I found out today late in the day that Sprouts had Glutino Genisus bread on special for 2.99 per loaf -- it was expiring so I sent a son down to buy as many loaves as he could. I usually stock up on Udi's, Canyon Bakehouse and Glutino whenever they are on special -- especially Udi's and Glutino as they are purchased frozen -- so it really doesn't matter...

    Kitty grass has sprouted in two planters on the patio -- one happy kitty kat & poppy buds are popping out of the top of the soil of the heirloom tomato shopping bag planters -- can't wait until the flowers bloom
