  6. I just made a gluten-free pumpkin roll & used the typical flours. It turned out wonderful didn't even crack when I rolled it up with the filling. Anyway its dessert so why does it have to be healthy/////////// just kidding. mamaw
  7. I use any gluten-free breads I have on hand, cube it up & bake 325 degrees until hard. I melt oleo & add minced onions & celery & cook until tender... I add the bread cubes to that plus salt ,pepper,parsley,gluten-free chicken broth. Bake in a greased pan about 35 to45 minutes covering with foil until last 10 minutes. You can add any spices...

  9. Steveindenver I'm not sure this is like the pepperidge farm cake but Annalise Roberts has a coconut layer cake in her cookbook. I haven't tried it because I'm the only one in my family who likes coconut. Nini you need to contact Annalise & have her work on bear claws for you... I never liked them . Don't know why I alway ate all the other pastries...

  13. I use the pop tart recipe from this website in the listed recipes. Kids loved them. I used different jellies (dickinson brand with no sugar) & then I did some with brown sugar & cinnamon. If you can't find the recipe please pm me & I'll get it to you. mamaw

  15. I was just thinking you could use the brick bread for a doorstop maybe even painting a pic on it!!!! It could be the yeast was bad from the start . That happened to me years ago. I was thinking I can't seem to work for yeast doughs,I check the temp every time now. I'm still not a good bread maker but It's gettin' better..Again I think you should check-in...

  23. I know celiac specialities & El Petro carry gluten-free stuffing mix. Also Annalise Roberts has told me that Whole Foods gluten-free sandwich bread makes a fine bread for stuffing. I usually save all my bread ends,mock rye,challah & so on & freeze them until I get enough for use for stuffing. mamaw
