    Many many years ago, Nyquil had a good dose of alcohol in it. My sister would keep everyone up coughing like a sea lion from an allergy.     We bought apple for my son's Scout troop a few weeks ago at Target. Not sure of brand. Gluten wasn't a concern but he was curious and checked & it looked OK. Wasn't thickened with flour.

    I have heard that gluten is damaging us even if we don't feel it. For some, it might take a good amount of damage before it " hurts". Its like a leaky roof.     People I know who have had parts of the colon or small intestine removed for various reasons, were told by the GI doc's what to eat or not eat. I know they were told to go gluten free or light ( gluten-free bread or pasta but don't worry about a cookie or wheat in the soy sauce. This is because wheat is hard to digest.
