You should continue to eat gluten and go for a proper celiac blood panel from your doctor. Enterolab results are not validated well enough to make any conclusions about celiac disease from them. -

Second post in this thread has my professional opinion of Enterolab. As for genetic testing, there are occasionally biopsy-positive celiacs without DQ2 or DQ8 but it's uncommon. Positive genetic results don't mean much, as 30% of the population is DQ2 or DQ8, yet only an estimated 1-2% are celiac. -

Yes, it's possible. Gluten and casein have been both linked to behavioral problems. There IS a treatment for ODD and other bipolar spectrum disorders that is suitable for kids. Salad! I eat salads in Greek restaurants all the time and I've never had a problem. You can usually get a great salad with tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese. I get good bread with the Bob's mixes. The "Wonderful Bread Mix" works well and even though it has the bean flour, it doesn't taste weird to me the way the baking mixes do. I get the best results if I measure liquids very carefully. The dough is wetter than regular bread, so I also have to mix everything in a bowl before I add it to my bread machine... -

Bummer. Sorry to hear you got sick! I can see where sink water from heavily glutened dishes would be a problem. Most folks get caking off dishes before they go in the dishwasher and you have clean water spraying on dishes so CC is not going to be the same kind of issue as with a sink. -

Are you trying to make people crazy? I get a little frustrated on this board because of posts like this. You're not going to CC your dishware in the dishwasher. We're not talking about something where a single molecule will kill you. -
Go easy on Valerian and Kava. Both are hard on the liver. It is unwise to use Valerian daily. Passion flower (P. incarnata) leaf and root extract is another anxiolytic but I don't know much about safety. The fish oil and inositol I mentioned are considerably safer than herbals.
