    I was also going to recommend printing off the lists that Vincent mentioned. They are a great help. Clan Thompson also has palm pilot software which lists mainstream products and whether they are gluten-free or not...with contact info, so it is very portable. I can give you more info if you are interested in it.

I have to always get up a certain amount of time before my dh, otherwise, he is in the shower when I have to #2...and that just doesn't fly in our house !!

    Hmmm...my dh and I have a rule, if he has eaten gluten in the past several hours he has to brush and floss... Once I thought I noticed a reaction early on, kissing him one evening after he had a beer. Can't be sure, but made us adopt the policy.

    I've had two... The crust also wasn't my favorite. You have to prepare it just as directions say or it gets very hard. I like the filling too--not as sweet as a typical pie. I think they're worth a try... But it is a bit expensive.

    Ask for a full iron panel--not just hemoglobin. Ferritin and iron... One of my numbers was the lowest my hematologist had ever seen...but my hemoglobin was never as bad. Ice chewing is a sign of anemia for many people--and a crazy one too! (On days where I was home our ice maker could barely keep up with me! My poor teeth!) Let us know what you find...

    Their website IS annoying--I hated it!! And yes, the entire line is gluten-free--even the Golden Wheat shampoo--which is pretty funny! I use a shampoo, conditioner, LA mousse and hairspray from them. Buy away!
