  1. Wendy-- I am looking at one on one classes right now. Wish I could get a friend to go in with me--huge price cut! Anywho, are you using the machines then?? I would love to do that--think it would be great for my fibromyalgia..even better than the mat class.
  2. Susie-- Wish I had an easy answer for you!! My FM developed about 2-3 years ago... Started with extreme neck/shoulder/back pain...almost like I had had some sort of injury. Over the following months the pain seemed to dissipate from my neck and shoulders and end up being all over pain. I definitely have the points...I hurt all over, knots and fascial...
  3. What fun! I am actually going in for allergy testing tommorrow. I had it done years ago and have decided to start over with a new doc as my allergies have worsened. I had already decided to make sure he doesn't test for wheat etc. Hope your feeling better katshow!
  4. Have you been on antibiotics at all? I definitely recommend probiotics too. They may not be enough to cure your infection...but they can definitely prevent another. Whenever I take an antibiotic or if I think I feel an infection coming on, I take the probiotics, and I never get one. I was having major problems for a while, and since I've been doing the...
  5. It depends on which food. A big one for me is dairy. I can eat it fine in the moment w/o much issue...but the next day and for a week or two I get constipated and have to jump start my system. Also realized recently...I used to get brain fog a lot, and since I've given up dairy I haven't had it once. I'd say there is a good chance that dairy was the cause...
  6. Yeah, that's why I was wondering why the article would say to "buy organic" if there is no difference in waxing from conventional to organic...
  7. hey girl! am slammed at work today...will write you this weekend. you basially got the exact same diagnosis my best friend got last week! ttys!
  8. Thnx for sending that. Someone I knew called them at one point and said you could get them "unglazed." I love have companies always have different answers depending on who you talk to! I'll stick with my gluten-free-labeled hams
  9. HEY!! THAT'S AWESOME!! I'm so glad for you!! I do like that flour combo--just makes it easier sometimes. Enjoy those cookies!!
  10. That's just flippin' great! I do wonder what the "difference" is with organic apples, produce etc. b/c I buy all my produce organic, and the apples STILL have wax on them. Maybe there are different standards??
  11. hmmm...don't know about that one !
  12. a urine test? having kidney problems?
  13. I used to use Aunt Jemina...but I now use Wild Oat's amber--really good! I tried regular--real maple syrup before and was grossed out--but Wild Oats was good--tasted like the 'fake' syrup I was always used to
  14. Hmmm, I've only ever tried their rice milk and tomato sauce I think... so can't help there, but hope you feel better soon! When I used digestive enzymes (a long while ago) they made me digestive system gassy and very "unsettled"...
  15. Not that this will answer your question for sure (It will give you contact info to call on).. But a friend sent me article summarzing all the types/brands of gluten-free beer available now and I wanted to pass it along: Open Original Shared Link
  16. Absolutely better to consume zero gluten...you should be able to keep cross-contamination to a very minimum...hopefully next-to-never amount. And no one wants to go through the horrible experience of getting sick from CC...but at least it can help identify the source. I have experienced the sensitivity to reintroducing foods besides gluten. Not the exact...
  17. You stick it in the top. The piece that covers the hole in the lid pops out and the wand fits right in. Not spills or splashes....
  18. Just a note--my new very favorite peanut butter is Marantha Organic Roasted--yum!
  19. Good luck Jennifer! I hope you are able to go off of them completely...but if not, I hope the transition is smooth. I understand on the weight gain--I would be upset too. I have several friends on lexapro/effexor type meds and they have had the same issues as you. Let us know how it goes!
  20. Vincent...one more thought, one of the reasons I think my smoothie maker works better than my blenders did--2 reasons, 1--the blades are mixed--2 are formed upwards and 2 are down. My previous blenders the blades were always pointed down only. 2nd--as the smoothie maker is on you use the wand to stir the contents counter clockwise, so it helps everything...
  21. Very cool!
  22. Lynne- I am praying for you today. Where two or more... I tell you solemnly once again, if two of you on earth agree to ask anything at all, it will be granted by my Father in heaven. For where two or three meet in my name, I shall be there with them. Matt 18:19-20
  23. I took prevacid when I was younger. Tried to take it a few years ago and it made me miserable--major D. Perhaps you just can't tolerate the med...
  24. Yeah, I always keep the spout closed so I don't have to clean it! I prefer to pour from the top
  25. Agains, depends on the person. My IgG was still high after 6mos, but all other numbers were normal. Is it only your TTG? IgGs tend to rise and return to normal sooner...and IgA's rise and fall quickly. All my numbers are normal now after 1 yr...may have been normal sooner, but I only had a blood panel at 6mos and 1 yr.
