  4. PIZZA!!! I had pizza for the first time since going gluten free and it was good! Hodgson Mills gluten free pizza crust (yummy) I added a tsp of garlic powder and a tsp of oregano to the dough (a hint from a fellow shopper in the gluten free section) and topped it with mozzarella cheese, onions, peppers and mushrooms and a bit of parmesan.   6. I decided to let my 'god I want pancakes' voice win tonight. I made gluten free pancakes for supper and they were the BEST pancakes I ever had. OMG.   7. Tonight for dinner I went gluten free AND Vegetarian. I sauteed some onions and fresh garlic in olive oil, added some sliced mushrooms, then a veggie mix I found in the freezer case (Broccoli, green beans sliced thin, carrot sticks, kidney beans, black beans and navy beans all in one) added about a cup or so of that and then some fresh spinach at the end...
  8. Not cooking today, going out for Chinese. The place we go to have gotten to know us over the years and when I told him about Celiac he started making my dishes positively gluten free. No more eggrolls but I can still eat the rest!!! Yay! Support your local businesses they are more likely to take you seriously and provide gluten free options!...

I sauteed onions and mushrooms in olive oil, added some diced turkey breast and some turkey stock(leftovers from TG)thickened the juice with corn starch and then added some fresh spinach at the end.
