Her body needs some time to began to heal .Two months in not a long time in the...

  6. If you are fatiguing due to the lack of good complex carbs try upping your fat intake . Save your sweet potatoes for post workout and try increasing your consumption of good fats,,,, nuts and seeds . While the bodys preference may be complex carbs it will utilize the fats in the same way . Sweet potatoes are not a nightshade. Regular potatoes are a night...

  10. I have found some studys that say endometriosis is AI and has a clear link to other AI diseases . They are a bit dated( 2008 or so) as you said. I have not been able to find anything more recent . One study found the presence of antibodies to endometrial stroma in 60 percent of patients with endometriosis. Researchers propose that these anti-endometrial...
  11. I saw my Primary care doc today. We were discussing how many autoimmune diseases I have and possible new ones . ( With humor intended )She calls me her " little autoimmune nightmare " . 16. When I fired my last PC I got a copy of my records ,,, It was ,,to say the very least ,, an eye opening experience . Inaddition to the comments ( basically saying I was a nut case and needed drugs to calm me down ) My former PC had actually falsified my medical records to cover her ass. She knew I had a case to charge her with malpractice so she doctored...
