    I use it the same way as Ski, and I also "shared some" with friends as gifts!. COOL way to use it: Last week, I made home fries and at the end, I threw in a heaping spoonful of bacon jam and it coated the potato wedges and oh baby, was it good. I also put it on pizza, on meatloaf, burgers, and on the hub's turkey sandwich. He said it tasted...

    I just filled up with tears for you--at the sheer joy in your words!! Yaaay!! Does not sound stupid to me at all. I expect to bawl like a baby when I swim with dolphins in March.

    I've got bison -stuffed peppers going in the slow cooker. (Also have a slow cooking beef bone stock going on the stove top) It smells great in here, all mixed with the scent of "Christmas" Still have my tree up....that comes down tomorrow bummer..guess the holidays are over....

    Sending all good wishes and hopes that they come up with a resolution quickly so you can stop feeling so bad. I suffered migraines most of my adult life and they (well, I'll just say it...) absolutely suck. ((hugs)) to you.

    Dinner tonight is Pork tenderloin with garlic/rosemary rub and baby onions. Roasted root veggies (in broth and herbs) Sauteed spinach (much to the hub's dismay)

    I am not sure why it tenderizes more (since it's not any enzyme or an acid), but I noticed this as well. I will do some digging and see what I find

    Never met one. many people like the Daiya, but I just could not get used to it.
