  6. I agree. Lamb is delicious and one of my favorite meats. I have never found it to be all that greasy or fatty or dry ...just MHO. Many people complain it is "'too dry". That's because all too often, it is cooked to within an inch of its life. It should be cooked rare./medium rare. Lamb can be very succulent.... if prepared properly Lamb shanks...

  9. I am as perky as ever, thanks! I rebounded and my legs are getting better. Mr. IH is cheery too. His momentary grumpiness has passed. No poopyheads tolerated (i was already previously married to one of those ).
