    Yvonne, I have been gluten free for almost a year also in May. I too am frustrated.     The tea I am drinking would be from a restaurant and they make it in huge batches. It is the best sweet tea around. I don't really understand why it is bothering me.     What are you saying about the calcium? THat there is a lack of it or too much. Lack of it makes sense to me. THat is the other thing I started taking.     I too was taking Prilosec for about a month recently, but have been off for 2 weeks now without a problem. Ihad never had heartburn really until a month ago.     I have not been able to find the Franklin burgers. I have looked. I too have been looking for a good vegeburger. I wish someone would start making a lunch "meat" that was gluten free.     I really don't know how to make them understand. You could try and find some accurate information about cross contamination to show them.     I had horrible joint pain too and mine went away once gluten free. It was pretty quick, but when I get gluten the pain returns. My doctor explained it as an inflammatory response. Not sure if he knows everything, but it does make sense. Monica

    My celiac son had more ear infections and finally tubes in his ears, but since he hasn't been any sicker then the other kids. Actually I think this is a very bad year for illness.
